In case you haven't seen this on the news, this is definitely worth viewing about RFID chips in your credit cards, passport and possibly driver's license....
This can easily be averted - I sewed "sleeves" for my entire wallet and passport that are lined with heavy duty aluminum foil between the fabrics. There are also products available online, just search "RFID privacy".
